Proprietary License Agreement
JOBHACK PRO – PROPRIETARY LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Proprietary License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between JobHack Pro LLC (“Licensor”) and any user (“Licensee”) of the JobHack Pro software, website, and services (collectively, the “Software”).
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property The Software, including but not limited to its source code, object code, algorithms, AI prompts, text, graphics, branding, trademarks, trade dress, user interface designs, and all related materials, are the sole property of JobHack Pro LLC. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.
2. Grant of License Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for its intended purposes as provided through Licensor’s hosted services. No ownership rights are transferred.
3. Restrictions Licensee shall not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; - Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell any portion of the Software; - Use the Software or any of its components for competitive analysis or to build a competing product; - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or disclaimers.
4. Trademark Protection The JobHack ProTM name, logo, and associated branding elements are protected under trademark law. Licensee shall not use these marks without prior written consent from Licensor.
5. Confidentiality Licensee acknowledges that the Software contains confidential and proprietary information of Licensor and agrees to maintain such information in strict confidence.
6. Termination Licensor may terminate this Agreement and Licensee’s right to use the Software at any time if Licensee breaches these terms. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies.
7. No Warranty The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet Licensee’s requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Proprietary License Agreement.
